Nick and Megan Unsworth of She is Wealthy are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years experience with paid ads, funnels, copywriting and has been the marketing driver (not tag along) within online marketing companies that have grown to $5-$10+ million in annual revenue.
You'll be building & scaling She is Wealthy which is a subset brand of Life on Fire.
You are the ideal candidate if you have experience with book-a-call & webinar sales funnels, media buying, managing teams, and managing email lists of over 100,000+ people. Direct response copywriting experience is a plus.
Life On Fire is on a mission to help their team and clients live their lives on fire and unleash their God-given human potential. Life On Fire has been in business for over ten years and on the Inc. 5000 list for the last three years in a row.
With their She Is Wealthy brand, Life On Fire supports Christian women in discovering and learning how to market their God-given message online, impact lives, and increase their income.
You are perfect for this role if you are a direct-response marketing expert who loves to drive profit, take action, and solve problems. You understand media buying and know how to drive ROAS (Return On Ad Spend). You are data-driven and love using KPIs and metrics to inform marketing decisions and copy and design refinements.
You have experience with book-a-call sales funnels, evergreen webinar funnels, leveraging podcast content for social, and you are great at working with others and know how to build & manage a team of all-stars. Ideally, you will be able to write or tweak copy for emails, ads, and sales letters.

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)
Digital Marketing Management - Book-A-Call, Evergreen, Live Launch
- Create a new book-a-call sales funnel that fills Sales Advisor's calendars with hot prospects. Selling $9,800 one-on-one coaching program.
- Manage ad spend to optimize KPI's within metrics including CPL, CPCall, CAC and ROAS.
- Optimize evergreen webinar funnel selling $997 group coaching program.
- Optimize email sequences, lead nurturing campaigns, and other automated processes to continuously promote the evergreen product.
- Annual live free online challenge launch January 2025 that sells $997 group coaching program.
- Schedule and send all emails for live launches.
- When video ads are needed (Facebook, Insta, YouTube), provide bullet pointed script to Megan Unsworth.
- Keep the team accountable to the timeline & deadlines.
- Manage the database and keep it clean and up-to-date
Funnel & Tech Management
- Build & design landing pages & funnels.
- Optimize performance of opt-in & sales conversion.
- Continue to develop an understanding of new marketing funnel strategies.
- Manage tech systems - ClickFunnels, Keap (Infusionsoft), Hyros (lead tracking) - and ensure they are integrated and working effectively.
- Edit funnel conversion pages to improve conversions (ideal if you can write them as well).
Media Buying
- Develop campaigns and ad strategies to reach the desired target audience.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Create advertising campaigns that can be scaled and run continuously to promote the book-a-call sales funnel & evergreen group coaching product.
Podcast Launch and Management
- Build and implement execution plans for She is Wealthy and Life on Fire podcasts.
- Manage team to produce podcast on a weekly basis.
- Repurpose podcast content to leverage on social media.
General Responsibilities
- Attend weekly meetings with co-owners Nick & Megan Unsworth to discuss KPI's, metrics, and marketing assets needed for each week.
- Manage a team of 5+ people who contribute to company marketing efforts and ensure each team member completes necessary tasks to move projects forward.
- Attend weekly team call on Zoom.

- Endlessly excited to increase conversions & profit so we can impact more lives
Additional requirements:
- Available to work in-person in Frisco, TX 1-2 days a week (and the rest of the time online)
- Access to a computer
- Reliable internet connection
- Reliable and distraction-free work environment
- Located in the Dallas Fort-Worth area (or willing to relocate there)
This position is NOT for someone who:
- Only delegates and doesn't get their hands dirty
- Doesn't care about results
- Can't make decisions or makes very slow decisions
- Needs to be reminded to do the work
- Has very little experience using direct-response principles to optimize conversions
- Has no media buying experience
- Dislikes faith-based organizations
- Is unwilling to live in the Dallas Fort-Worth area

Offer Details
This is a full-time, hybrid, employee position (40 hours per week).
Pay is $100,000-$125,000 (depending on experience) with a bonus of 3% of the company's net profit paid quarterly.
Benefits include a monthly healthcare stipend ($500/month), three weeks of paid time off per year, major holidays off, and a generous relocation package (if applicable).
