Job Overview:
In this role, you'll use your expertise in clinical interviewing, assessment, and therapeutic methods to provide high-quality care to clients. You'll work with individuals, families, and groups to offer counseling services, assess client mental health, and create tailored treatment plans. This position requires the ability to analyze complex situations quickly, formulate effective treatment strategies, and ensure client confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic assessments of clients to create personalized treatment and recovery plans.
Engage with patients and their families during the intake process, gathering vital background information (family, social, employment, medical, and mental health history).
Provide crisis intervention, treatment, case management, and referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to review client cases, assess treatment approaches, track client progress, and make recommendations.
Develop and implement individualized and group treatment plans to address mental, emotional, and family-related challenges.
Perform ongoing clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide continued therapy to clients and their families.
Document and maintain accurate clinical case histories for diagnostic evaluations and treatment progress tracking.
Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited institution in one of the following: Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Current licensure in the state of Georgia (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
Compensation:
$75,000 - $90,000 annually
