level 2 helpdesk engineer (onsite + remote)

đź“Ť location: hybrid (4 days on-site / 1 day WFH)

đź’° compensation: $60,000 - $85,000

💡 who they’re looking for:

a level 2 helpdesk engineer with solid, well-rounded MSP experience (ideally a small MSP) who has worked with a varied client base and not silo'd and assigned to work with just one company. this role includes remote and onsite support, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with server and network administration. dealership experience is a big plus, as this position will rotate into an onsite commitment at a car dealership.

🤓 what you’ll do:

  • provide level 2 helpdesk support and troubleshoot escalated technical issues
  • assist with office 365 administration, windows server management, and networking
  • support onsite it needs at a car dealership (reynolds & reynolds experience preferred)
  • configure and manage security/networking tools (duo, unifi, meraki)
  • collaborate with senior engineers on projects and system improvements

👨‍💻 what you need:

  • 3+ years of it support experience, including remote and onsite work
  • strong knowledge of office 365, windows server administration, and networking
  • experience with duo, unifi, meraki, or similar security/networking tools
  • dealership it experience (reynolds & reynolds) is a huge plus
  • excellent problem-solving skills and customer service abilities
