The perfect person for this position is able to work in a fast paced environment with great multi-tasking skills, outgoing and enjoys interacting with people while managing reception responsibilities. Front desk experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Requirements

• Welcome visitors and provide “first person” assistance as required
• Assist with eviction proceedings
• Assist with office communications and management systems
• Litigation support and learning best practices within an office setting
• Other tasks as determined by the Office Manager/Attorney
• Computer skills, familiarity with Word, Excel, and database programs 

Hours of Operation:

Monday – Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Salary is competitive and dependent upon qualifications.

Job Requirements

Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, have good grammar, and most importantly, have a great attitude and a desire to contribute as a team member.
