Are you a detail-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments? Our Dallas client is looking for a Legal Administrative Professional to support their Finance & Restructuring and Corporate legal teams.
This is a high-touch role supporting attorneys with legal document prep, billing, scheduling, travel coordination, and client communication. You’ll be a key part of the team—keeping things moving, organized, and client-focused.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Coordinate client matters, deadlines, and calendars
✅ Edit and finalize legal documents
✅ Assist with billing, time entry, and expense reports
✅ Manage travel and meeting logistics
✅ Serve as a go-to liaison for attorneys and clients
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 6+ years of legal or executive admin experience (law firm preferred)
✔️ Microsoft Office + Adobe skills
✔️ Strong grammar, formatting, and proofreading abilities
✔️ Outstanding organizational and communication skills
✔️ A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving
📌 This is a full-time, in-office position (M–F, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
