Overview

We are looking for a Leadership & Learning Intern excited to gain real-world learning and development experience with our team. You will provide production and administrative support to the Leadership & Learning team, and get first-hand experience with corporate data reporting and analysis in a fast-paced and dynamic global gaming company.

Responsibilities

• Provide production & administrative support for global leadership and talent development programs
• Build and administer virtual training environments in Udemy, Harvard ManageMentor/Spark, SkillSoft, Microsoft Sharepoint, Teams, and other systems
• Build and generate data reports from various systems and programs
• Test trainings on a variety of platforms and provide feedback for optimization
• Assist and support the design and development of online and in-person courses and programs
• Monitor and support the delivery of courses, workshops, webinars, meetings, and other events

Qualifications

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in higher education or a certification program
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Overall curiosity for leadership, learning and development
• Highly motivated; a go-getter willing to focus and contribute
• Seek to collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver quality work that meets requirements and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting hourly compensation range is $22.50. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
