Position Overview

We’re seeking a Lead Senior Front-End Engineer to join the Tel Aviv Innovation Center. This is a rare opportunity to contribute directly to building innovative, enterprise-grade solutions that shape the future of global communications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with deep expertise in modern web technologies, a passion for creating intuitive user experiences, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance front-end applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Implement best practices in UI/UX, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Build reusable components and contribute to design systems.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring high standards for quality, security, and maintainability.
• Explore emerging front-end technologies (React, Next.js, TypeScript, WebAssembly, PWAs) and apply them to real-world solutions.
• Contribute to rapid prototyping and MVP development for new products.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong focus on front-end development.
• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs and microservices.
• Solid background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Background in enterprise software, telecommunications, or B2B tech.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Prior experience in the Israeli tech ecosystem.
• Track record of successful product launches.
