Position Objective – Design Consultant: The primary objective of the Design Consultant is to engage with our customers to offer them solutions in completing their design and installation projects. This may include some or all of design, consultation, guidance, estimating, project management and/or other services that the company may offer.
The responsibilities of the Design Consultant are:
Hourly Expectations:
Typically, the Design Consultant position is Monday-Friday, although some exceptions may occur due to weather, customer needs or other situations. Hourly Design Consultants will arrange their schedule with their manager and will typically work 40-45 hours per week, although there will be weeks that fall outside of this range. Salaried Design Consultants will typically work 45-50 hours per week and start and end times will be determined by the manager.
