Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator for an opening with our retail client. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project documentation, compliance tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate schedules with internal teams and external vendors.
• Communicate scope of work and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Support issue resolution by assisting in the development of action plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of project coordination or administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
