Some of what you will do
As a Print Service Advisor, youre a champion of the customer experience, print products, and print services. You enable our work, learn, and grow culture for our customers and associates. Passionate about print, print products, & print services, you continuously grow your knowledge by committing to ongoing self-development and share your expertise with your team members. You will be responsible for connecting with customers to understand their print needs and share your experience in print products and services to fulfill their request. Youll partner with our inside & outside sales team, and our graphic design teams, to provide further services and products.
Specifically, you will :
**Customer Discovery & Sales: 75%**
* Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner, responding to questions, and providing outstanding customer service.
* Connect, Share, and Partner with customers to discover sales opportunities.
* Be an expert with our product and services to identify and recommend referral opportunities. Reconnect and follow up with customers to solicit feedback on sales; promote additional products and services that create value.
* Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
* Educate customers about current promotions and advertisements
* Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through
* Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction with accuracy and professionalism while processing purchases and customer orders.
* Directly interact with customers to provide suggestions on products and services to turn the customers goals into reality.
* Achieving established sales goals
* Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
* Connect, Share, and Partner with customers to discover sales opportunities in-scope of teams product assortments or collaborate with inside sales and outside sales teams to help the customer get the product or service needed.
* Advise & promote customers (new/returning) of other offers and new lines of business & business services
* Partnering with vendors, customers, and retail stores for updates, follow-ups, and questions regarding projects
**Administrative Tasks** **: 25%**
* Create invoices, customer notes, records to be used for follow-ups and reorders
* Correctly capturing all details of the customer and order details
* Complete follow-ups for requests to customers, stores, or vendors on outstanding requests
* Candidate may be required to work on ad-hoc assignments / special projects as needed
* Collaborate with vendors to ensure correct information is submitted for the customers order
**Qualifications**
**Knowledge / Skill Requirements:**
* Working knowledge or design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
* Working knowledge print production and principles of design.
* Bilingual English/French - verbal & written communication
**Experience:**
* Graphic Design Experience (under to 1+ years)
* In a Customer Service or Retail Service role (1+ years)
* Print Production is an asset
**Education:**
* Post Secondary education with a degree or diploma in graphic design or Print Production
