Extremely busy Architecture/ Interior/ Landscape firm is seeking a full time Junior Interior Designer. Residential interior design focus and experience. We seek someone who is a team player, self-motivated, enthusiastic, can multi-task and is meticulously organized to join our team. We are located in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles. We are currently hybrid, but the candidate will be required to work in the Los Angeles office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Must have the ability to travel to various locations offsite when necessary.

Candidate must be versed in a number of skills, which include: 

• 2+ years of experience
• Computer Drafting – Heavy emphasis in interior floor plans, elevations and custom furniture (Revit, AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, Sketch up)
• Familiarity with Studio IT (or similar design management program) 
• Some knowledge of interior design vendors and resources

Position responsibilities include: 

• Assist in Design Development of multiple projects 
• Preparation and follow through for client presentations
• Assist in client meetings 
• Shopping for furniture, fabrics, lighting, plumbing & sourcing materials 
• Requesting estimates & quotes / generating proposals & purchase orders
• Create and maintain Design Schedules 
• Assist with custom furniture design and workroom visits
• Coordination with Contractors and jobsite visits
• Coordination with client installations
