Hybrid: San Francisco, CA (OR) NYC, NY (OR) Seattle, WA (OR) Dallas, TX (OR) Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:

• As a Jira Administrator, you will help define, support, maintain, suggest best practices, and implement changes/configurations to Jira and plugins to support changes aimed to increase efficiencies
• Perform Jira administration and application support of Structure, JEMH, EasyBall, Script Runner.
• Manage all aspects of the Jira tool chain including workflows, custom fields, schemes, add-ons, and integrations.
• Create, customize, and maintain support dashboards and advanced filters for end users reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of Structure’s Expr formulas.
• Experience and knowledge of implementing Script Runner scripts is required.
• Atlassian certifications are preferred but not required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of Jira Administrator experience is required.
• Experience leading product design, at least 3-5 years but potentially much more - Exceptional UX (interaction design) skills, strong UI (visual design)
