Key Responsibilities:

• Provide highquality customer support to Italianspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
• Resolve product and service inquiries in a timely manner.
• Escalate issues as needed while maintaining professionalism.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (C1 level or higher).
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Eligibility to work in Greece.
