) Location: Minneapolis, MN / Eau Claire, WI / Denver, CO Duration: 12+ Months Hybrid schedule (Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Role Type: W2 contract engagement *We Do Visa Transfers* Job ref# 240007 SAP - ISU - Industry Solution for Utilities - Manages the lifecycle for the electrical gas meters. Purchasing, management, decommissioning, install, testing, disposal. Xcel made major customizations. This team would be handling incident management for business impact and helping prioritize those. Looking to help identify process enhancements This is not hands on keyboard, this role is more of a liaison of technical teams and stakeholders of the business to identify importance of process and areas of improvement. Incident management, triage All through ServiceNow (Dashboards and Reports) - need someone to access priority at I/II level and making sure the communication to business stakeholders is clear. Also work with change process for processes before productions, gather requirements, costs, assisting the PM with the different steps of the process - design, test, build, warranty of enhancements. Daily stand ups, preparation meetings, change management meetings Size of functional team: 4 other people in the solutions analyst role, position is open because 1 is retiring. As they are transitioning out of the project, one person is focused more on process/enhancement, one is more functional and knows more details and this person will be a combination of both of those pieces. This role will be working/cross trained in the future to help with outdoor lighting (street poles, etc.) Years - Needs someone managing incidents, processes - 5-7 years. Needs someone to be able to be able to transition from process to incident quickly. Would LOVE utility SAP-ISU Meter Lifecycle Management Tools: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint/display of data, Outlook, Teams, SQL is good (Not required).
