They are seeking a talented and driven Associate to join their Healthcare Investment Banking team in New York City, with a focus on the biopharma sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of complex financial transactions and providing strategic advice to clients in the biopharma industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support life sciences transactions.
• Prepare detailed client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
• Perform due diligence and industry research to identify potential opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement transaction strategies.
• Assist in the negotiation and execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and strategic partnerships.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments in the biopharma sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on healthcare or biopharma.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
