This client is a leading independent investment bank specializing in providing strategic advisory services to clients across various industries. The Infrastructure, Power, Renewables (IPR) team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results through innovative solutions and deep industry expertise.

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join their IPR team in NYC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sell-side M&A transactions, with a proven track record of managing deals from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the execution of sell-side M&A transactions, including preparing pitch books, financial models, and transaction documents.
• Conduct detailed industry and company research to support transaction processes.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic recommendations for clients.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Assist in the negotiation and closing of transactions.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through effective communication and project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on sell-side M&A transactions.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
