This team advises on some of the most dynamic M&A and private capital raise transactions across the sector, leveraging long-standing senior relationships with major strategics. They operate as a lean, high-touch group known for sharp execution, deep domain understanding, and creative structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in transaction execution across M&A and capital raising mandates (~70% M&A).
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and client-ready presentation materials
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and support senior dealmakers across all phases of the transaction
• Engage directly with founders, management teams, and counterparties.

Ideal Profile:

• 2–3 years of experience in M&A execution at a leading investment banking group. Technology deal experience is not required
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from a top-tier institution
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and comfort operating in lean deal teams
• Strong interpersonal communication and project management capabilities
• Willingness to relocate to San Francisco
