Job Description

We are working with a leading investment banking firm specializing in GP and LP led secondaries, seeking an Associate to join their team. This role offers significant growth potential for a motivated individual with strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare presentations and pitches for prospective clients, specifically in secondaries transactions
• Analyze financial data, conduct due diligence, and assist in deal structuring for GP and LP led secondaries
• Build financial models, including LBO and DCF, and fund-level returns
• Assist in creating marketing materials, including private placement memoranda and investor presentations
• Coordinate investor meetings and respond to due diligence requests

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of investment banking experience, with a focus on secondaries (GP & LP led)
• Strong financial modeling expertise and familiarity with alternative asset classes
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and work ethic
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
