*SUMMARY*
*Classic CDJR Lancaster is looking for a Internet Sales Manager to join our growing sales department. You’ll work closely with all management as well as the sales associate to ensure the business needs are met. The Internet Sales Manager at Classic CDJR Lancaster will oversee all aspects of online vehicle sales. They will be responsible for managing online inquiries, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating online sales transactions. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the automotive industry.*
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Monitor and assist in internet sales process
- Provide training and support to the internet sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Help manage all other aspects of the internet sales department
- Make and confirm appointments
Appraise Vehicles
*
Set Appointments/ Follow up with ALL customers
Other Responsibilities:
- Manage online vehicle inquiries and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate online sales transactions, including vehicle pricing, financing options, and trade-in evaluations
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from online to offline sales
- Maintain accurate records of online sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to maximize online sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in online sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of the automotive industry
- Proficiency in online sales platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Self-motivated and able to work independently

*OTHER REQUIREMENTS:*
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior automotive sales managerial experience REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and customer service skill
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
- Professional
- Strong work ethic
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
