Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an outgoing recruiter with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in a staffing agency. They are organized, skilled at assessing candidates, and can maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Bilingual in Spanish and English, they are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about recruitment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Conduct interviews via phone or in person.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries.
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a freelance recruiter, preferably in a staffing agency.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Native Spanish speaker with proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High energy and passion for recruitment.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Independent, responsible, and reliable.
