As a Graphic Design Intern at American Modern, a Munich Re company, you'll be a part of a team and work with a mentor to learn firsthand what it's like to pursue a career in Marketing at one of the world's largest reinsurance companies. Responsibilities: Be responsible for the design and production of digital and printed marketing materials and front-end email design. Consult with sales teams to understand marketing objectives and presents concepts and that deliver on those objective. Coordinate production of marketing materials with local vendors, internal Docu-center, digital team, outside agencies, and freelancers. Contribute new ideas, stays abreast of design trends, and serves as a design consultant for the Creative Services team. Qualifications: Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Print-Production experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required. Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite and print ready production. Hands-on; results oriented; ability to prioritize objectives and meet timelines. Self-motivated, proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks. Candidates must be local (Amelia, OH) and will work in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
