B & L Mechanical is actively looking for an experienced HVAC Mechanical Design Engineer (P.E. License optional) who is capable of designing Commercial, Retail, Medical, Office facilities, etc. from design conception to completed HVAC Mechanical Submittal Plans including all AutoCAD design and Title 24 compliance documentation.
Must have current knowledge of California Mechanical Codes and Title 24 Energy Compliance requirements.
Must be able to physically meet and communicate effectively with all clients and attend design meetings with Architects, Owners and Developers as may be required.
Review design plans and project scope with field superintendents as needed for clarification.
Must have qualifications and references with HVAC systems design experience!
Starting salary commensurate with experience in the $110,000 to $130,000 annual range including company vehicle or vehicle allowance, gas, expenses, medical PPO plan, 401K plan, vacation and paid holidays!
