About the role: Join our team as an HR Intern, providing essential administrative and organizational support to the Human Resources department. This part-time role (10-12 hours/week) involves tasks such as maintaining files, sorting mail, running reports, monitoring office supplies, creating company communications, data entry, and offering general customer service. To qualify for this special role you must be a current high school or college student with an interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or a related field. This is an onsite, part-time internship that is located at our Brainerd facility! We're excited to offer schedule flexibility for the perfect candidate.
Job Requirements: - Working towards a High school diploma or currently enrolled in college.
- If enrolled in college, must be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-6 months of general office or customer service experience is preferred.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Must enjoy regular interactions with employees.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
