Job Title: Remote HR Consultant

Hourly Pay: $45 - $80/hour

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to provide expert guidance to organizations on human resource management, organizational development, and compliance with labor laws. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to assess their HR needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive employee engagement, optimize HR processes, and enhance overall company performance. Job Responsibilities

  • Assess client HR policies, procedures, and organizational structure to identify areas of improvement
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and talent development
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with client business goals
  • Advise clients on HR compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Support organizations in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational change management
  • Recommend and implement best practices for employee engagement, retention, and development
  • Assist in the creation of employee handbooks, job descriptions, and HR-related policies
  • Conduct training sessions on various HR topics, including leadership, diversity, and performance management
  • Stay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in human resources consulting or a senior HR management role
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR solutions that drive business success
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects

  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office
