Housing Specialist - Hybrid in DC!

About the Company and Opportunity:

• Our client is a non-profit in DC that is focused on providing shelter and necessities to people in need!
• Due to a growth, they are hiring a Housing Specialist to work hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote) after the training period! Laptop is provided!
• Schedule is Mon-Fri regular business hours 8a-5p.
• Pay: 25-30/hr
• Duration: Contract-to-hire (dependent on performance and fit)

Overview of the Housing Specialist role:

• Fair Housing Compliance Standards - preform tax credit and file compliance audits
• Processing rent payments and payment plans
• Assist with month-end close (reports)
• Manage the vehicle fleet
• Work with their software's including Windsor, Onesite, and more!
• Data entry
• Ad hoc reporting/projects

Preferred Qualifications for the Housing Specialist:

• 2-5 years of Housing Compliance experience
• Tech savvy
• Excellent written and verbal communication sills
• Basic Excel skills
• Experience with Onesite and Windsor is a plus!
