House Cleaners

Location: Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland (DMV Area)

Are you an experienced house cleaner with a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional cleaning services? We are a growing, professional cleaning company based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and we are seeking skilled and reliable subcontractors to join our team. As a newly approved vendor for a large residential cleaning management team, we now have cleaning contracts available throughout the DMV area.

Job Details:

• Position Type: 1099 Subcontractor (Independent Contractor)
• Pay Rate: $20 - $30 per hour, based on experience
• Locations: Residential cleanings throughout Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland (DMV area)
• Start Date: Openings available within a week

What We Require:

• Experience: At least 2 years of residential cleaning experience (strongly preferred)
• Transportation: Must have own reliable transportation to travel to different job sites throughout the DMV area
• Mobile Device: A working mobile phone to stay in contact with management and receive cleaning job details
• Cleaning Supplies & Equipment: Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment (including vacuums, mops, and cleaning chemicals)
• Insurance: Must have business liability insurance (if not, you will have 30 days to obtain it – it is typically around $40)
• Dependability: Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Professionalism: Willingness to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and excellent customer service
