NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!

Home and Community Based Therapist positions require in-person visits to clients' homes.Compensation:
Full Time Rates:
Starting at $75,000- $90,000 plus per year
Premiums paid for:
Non-English language capacity
Experience
Select clinical specialties
Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) in NY
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
Valid driver’s license
Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
