Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Duties:

Replace outdated hardware with new, pre-built equipment across multiple locations within the metro areaWork w
ith end users to schedule and coordinate device refreshesPerfor
m minimal software installations as needed on pre-configured devicesTravel
to various sites, including office locations and power plant environmentsComple
te 3-5 device refreshes per day to meet project goalsWork c
losely with the Deskside Support team, who will build the computers for deploymentAssist
users with setup, troubleshoot any issues after deployment, and escalate to the larger support team if necessary Desir
