  • Coordinate and facilitate regular subcontractor meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and update schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, ensuring timely completion of structural elements, and work with the scheduling team to make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes for all structural elements.
Document Control & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, RFI responses, submittals, and progress reports specific to structural components.
  • Ensure that all subcontractors submit required project documentation (e.g., schedules, shop drawings, material submittals) in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing progress reports for structural elements, providing regular updates to the Project Manager and senior management.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience working as a project engineer in heavy civil construction with a focus on structural elements (bridges, foundations, retaining walls, etc.).
