ARSNL is a fast-growing digital agency headquartered in South Florida. We create performance-driven, digital-first marketing solutions for healthcare and aesthetics brands. We help medical practices shine through vibrant, authentic stories—and we’re now building our New Jersey-based team.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be a key part of our Social Media team, focusing on a portfolio of medical practices in the NJ Tri-State area. From surgical before & afters to patient testimonials and candid interviews, you’ll conceptualize, capture, and produce engaging social content that resonates with healthcare audiences—all while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day content creation at client sites (photography/video: before & afters, staff/physician interviews, office stories, patient testimonials)

• Build and manage detailed social content calendars in alignment with campaign KPIs and client goals

• Edit video for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts; write impactful copy for posts and stories

• Capture and convey the authentic brand stories of healthcare clients

• Track performance and adjust output based on data/insights

• Collaborate with ARSNL’s Miami-based leadership, plus our design, strategy, and community management teams

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of professional social media experience—agency or healthcare/aesthetics strongly preferred
• Fluent with video production/editing (simple shoots, phone-focused editing, light post)
• Highly creative but detail-oriented; able to work independently and manage your schedule
• Experience capturing content in medical, clinical, or aesthetic environments
• Well-versed in HIPAA best practices for digital content
• Proactive, flexible problem-solver who thrives on teamwork and direct client interaction
