About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Research and Innovation to lead its agenda in producing and disseminating evidence-based policy analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining strategic research priorities, ensuring the quality and relevance of research initiatives, and promoting innovative and participatory approaches to research. This role involves strengthening relationships with member think tanks and research partners, overseeing the integration of research with policy and communication strategies, and fostering a culture of methodological rigor and experimentation. The Head of Research and Innovation will also be expected to contribute to fundraising efforts and to represent the organization in academic and policy-oriented fora.
