About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Production, a visionary leader to oversee the technical aspects of worship services and events. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless worship experiences for both in-person and digital disciples. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all technical production elements, including audio, video, lighting, and broadcast, and will be expected to provide real-time support during events. Team leadership and development are also key, with a focus on recruiting, training, and leading a team of staff and volunteers to foster both spiritual and professional growth. Applicants for the Head of Production role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, or solid experience in place of a degree, and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in live production, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position. A strong, mature faith in Jesus Christ is essential, as is proficiency in multi-camera live streaming, digital mixing consoles, and production systems design. The ideal candidate will have a background in church production, particularly in a medium to large church setting, and possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The role also requires the ability to adapt to changes, both planned and spontaneous, and a heart for ministry that aligns with the mission of the company.
