Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Anniston, Alabama is looking for a full-time Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
The golf course superintendent will be entrusted with the maintenance, operations, and management of the facility grounds. They will assume responsibility for managing and maintaining golf course properties, which include the following: Golf course, golf course maintenance equipment, golf cart fleet, clubhouse and grounds, landscaping, tennis courts, swimming pool and other properties owned by the Country Club. This position will report directly to the general manager and Greens Committee Chairperson.
Requirements
• GCSAA Member preferred.
• Experience with ultra dwarf Bermuda grass.
• Minimum experience of 3 years as an assistant superintendent.
• Hands-on management skills, excellent work ethic, self-motivated and the ability to motivate staff to perform at a high level.
Compensation
$70,000 to $80,000 per year.
