About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global PR & Content Marketing Manager to lead our PR and content marketing efforts. This individual will play a key role in shaping the global brand narrative, managing communications during crises, and supporting international growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, capable of managing a team or agency to execute impactful PR and content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations Management:
Design and implement comprehensive PR campaigns, including strategy, execution, and evaluation.
Manage PR crises effectively to protect and enhance the brand's reputation.
Develop and oversee a robust content marketing plan, including press releases, blog posts, pitch notes, awards submissions, and other branded content.
Secure media coverage for product launches, events, and key achievements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global media and brand collaborators to strengthen PR initiatives.
Strategic Leadership:
Act as a strategic planner, aligning global marketing goals and identifying opportunities for cohesive strategies.
Ensure communication strategies align with overall business objectives and prepare for various future scenarios.
Content & Event Marketing:
Provide consistent and high-quality content across digital, social, print, and web platforms for global teams.
Plan and execute effective pre- and post-event marketing strategies to maximize the impact of events.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in PR, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
5-7 years of PR experience managing corporate brands, ideally with an agency background.
Proven experience managing PR crises and handling multinational/global communications.
Leadership experience, whether managing a small team or agency.
Expertise in B2B marketing and content and digital marketing.
Experience in agency strategy and planning is a plus.
Skills:
Strong ability to anticipate future trends and develop adaptable global marketing strategies.
Experience with AI-generated content marketing & PR is preferred.
Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to adjust tone and voice for different audiences.
Strategic thinking with experience in setting and monitoring performance metrics.
Strong business acumen and enthusiasm for technology, robotics, and logistics.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multilingual environment.
Willingness to travel for trade shows, video shoots, media events, etc.
