Role Overview: As a Geriatrician Advisor, you will leverage your clinical expertise to guide investment decisions, assess potential healthcare innovations, and support portfolio companies focused on aging, elder care, and chronic disease management. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our investments align with the evolving needs of the aging population and drive meaningful impact in senior healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Geriatrician Advisor to the investment team, providing clinical and strategic insights on opportunities in aging-related healthcare.
• Evaluate the clinical viability, scalability, and market potential of startups targeting senior health, home care, and chronic disease management.
• Advise portfolio companies on product development, regulatory considerations, and go-to-market strategies for geriatric-focused solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, policy changes, and technological advancements impacting geriatric medicine and senior care.
• Participate in diligence meetings, investor discussions, and industry conferences as a subject matter expert in geriatric healthcare.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, healthcare entrepreneurs, and regulatory advisors, to refine investment theses in senior care.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified Geriatrician with significant clinical experience in aging-related healthcare.
• Passion for healthcare innovation, venture capital, and the intersection of clinical practice and business strategy.
• Experience in advising or collaborating with healthcare startups, investors, or health tech companies is a plus.
• Strong ability to analyze emerging healthcare models, assess clinical impact, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex clinical insights to a non-clinical audience.
