Job Title: Fiberglass Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Fiberglass Production Worker. You will be responsible for gluing, assembling, and fabricating fiberglass panels and other products, as well as operating power machines to trim and drill products. This position offers the opportunity to learn various coating, painting, and grit application procedures.

Work EnvironmentThe job requires constant standing, moderate to heavy lifting (20-50 pounds), and bending. The work environment involves exposure to noise, dust, fiberglass, and resin chemicals due to the manufacturing process. Team sizes vary with 5 people per cell and shifts of 45 people on 1st shift, 45 people on 2nd shift, and 35 people on 3rd shift. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection is required. It is recommended to wear jeans and long sleeves due to fiberglass exposure. Assembly hours are as follows: 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 3rd shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Pultrusion hours are: 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 3rd shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Shipping hours are: 1st shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or Tuesday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Overtime may be required at times and will be discussed with the supervisor of the department.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHATFIELD, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
