Job Qualifications - Ability to successfully complete:
- The Exercise Coach Certification course
- Nutrition Playbook Certification course
- Ability to get a valid CPR/AED certificate from nationally-recognized provider
- Must be eligible to work in USA.
- Must be people-oriented and well-spoken
- Must have an energetic, outgoing and positive personality
Day in the Life of a Certified Exercise Coach
As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.
- Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultations to assess goals and fitness levels.
- Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using our technology-driven Exerbotics equipment.
- Coach clients through personalized workouts, focusing on proper form, motivation, and safety.
- Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools.
- Provide education and guidance on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits.
- Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support client goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
