Job Description

1. Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
2. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, etc.), social media, and professional networks.
3. Screen and evaluate resumes to match job requirements.
4. Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
5. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Maintain and update candidate databases or Excel trackers.
7. Negotiate salary expectations and confirm availability for joining.
8. Support onboarding and offer management as needed.
9. Work on multiple job mandates simultaneously to meet client deadlines.
10. Generate leads and build long-term client and candidate relationships.
