Job Description

We are partnered with an established and growing Fire Protection & Life Safety company to find a Fire Alarm Designer to join their team. If you are an experienced Fire Alarm Designer , and you want to join a team who is passionate about what they do, this is where you want to be!

Fire Alarm System Designer Requirements:

5+ years' experience
NICET Level I or higher desired
Demonstrated ability with AutoCAD
Must be self-motivated and work well with others
Detail oriented and organized with great communication skills
Ability to travel to job sites and attend meetings when necessary

Fire Alarm Designer Responsibilities:

Prepare design drawings, specifications, and schematics for fire alarm systems
Coordinate with project managers, installers, and sales
Ensure project designs are in compliance with Federal, State, and local codes
Estimating & scheduling of project design hours
