Job Description
OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced Kyocera copier technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience and certifications on the Kyocera MFP product line. Skilled knowledge with connectivity networking, and possess strong mechanical knowledge.
DUTIES: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of equipment - Troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently - Utilize schematics to identify and resolve technical problems - Conduct field service visits to customer locations - Use hand tools to disassemble and reassemble equipment. Must have strong communication skills.
SKILLS: Proficiency with the Kyocera copier systems - Strong troubleshooting abilities - Knowledge of computer connectivity networking - Experience with hand tools for equipment repair - Previous work as a copier service technician - Familiarity with computer hardware components - Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance - Field service experience - Ability to interpret schematics for troubleshooting. Must have the skills to clearly convey information, understand client needs, actively listen, respond appropriately, and build rapport with our clients.
