Pay: up to $200k+ per year (based on performance)
Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 (Awarded after meeting the new employee sales goal within 90 days)

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting the perfect vehicle .
⦁ Product Demonstration: Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
⦁ Follow-up: Maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate new leads.
What We’re Looking For:
⦁ Experience: Proven track record in car sales and experience within an automotive dealership.
⦁ License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
⦁ Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.
