About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Southeast and Deep East Texas Chapter. The successful candidate will be the primary external representative, responsible for supporting mission capacity building and strengthening community relationships. This role is pivotal in communicating the organization's programs and opportunities for community involvement. The Executive Director will also be tasked with developing and managing the chapter board and community volunteer leaders to effectively mobilize support and resources. The position requires a professional with a four-year degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 5 years of related experience, and a proven track record in building and sustaining community partnerships. Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a flexible, change-managed environment.
