Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, punctual, and outgoing Personal/Executive Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Founder & CEO; daily check-ins with Founder & CEO; weekly check-ins with COO; work with new & existing team members with an open heart & mind; additional responsibilities including the below:

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Maintain Founder & CEO’s personal and professional calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Exercises discretion in committing time and anticipating needs.
  • Screening certain phone calls, inquiries, requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Organizing mail, files & folders
  • Carrying out specific projects & research
  • Arranging travel for Founder & CEO and accommodation
  • Assist in arranging meetings and business events
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including preparing document(s) for meetings
  • Preparing presentation(s) for meetings
  • Taking notes during meetings, and prepare minutes and summaries
  • Providing part-time support to Marketing Manager
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality and sensitive information
  • Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other C-suite Executives as needed


Part-time to start, with opportunity to lead to Full Time position with full benefits.
