We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to be part of our team in Chandler, Arizona.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly collaborate with other administrators, management, and clients to address queries and provide necessary information.

• Employ strong decision-making skills to handle daily tasks and administrative decisions.

• Maintain a high level of organizational skills to ensure no appointments or deadlines are missed.

• Write professional emails, letters, and documents, ensuring correct spelling and grammar.

• Reflect positively on the company through professional written communication, including social media posts.

• Monitor employee benefit accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Address and resolve any issues or inquiries related to employee benefits.

• Collaborate with other support personnel to ensure smooth operation of the business.

• Utilize administrative management skills to ensure efficient handling of administrative tasks.

• Proficiency in administrative assistance, administrative management, and back office support is required.

• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

• Advanced knowledge of benefits administration software and HRIS is preferred.

• Must have a strong understanding of federal and state regulations related to benefits administration.

• Candidates should have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.

• Experience in benefits negotiation and vendor management is a plus.

• Familiarity with benefits compliance and reporting requirements is necessary.

• Candidates must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
