Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Administrative Assistant. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the executive team, including data entry, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. They will also be responsible for maintaining phone etiquette and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

  • Clerical skills for handling administrative tasks

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
