Job Title: Epic Cupid Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Consultant to join our healthcare client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Epic Cupid and hold an Epic Cupid certification. Proficiency in third-party cardiology applications, such as Epiphany for EKG, hemodynamic systems like Mac-Lab and Cardio-Lab, is essential. Well versed in design, build, and implementation of Structure Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain SmartForms and structured reporting within the Epic environment to enhance cardiology documentation.
- Efficiently manage and resolve issues using the ServiceNow ticketing system, ensuring adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Demonstrate strong experience with structured reporting for both invasive and non-invasive procedures.
- Act as the lead Cupid analyst for the successful build and implementation of Cupid Compact Forms for echo and nuclear medicine.
Qualifications:
- Experience with healthcare integration engines and HL7 interfaces is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to participate in a rotational ticketing system, providing expert guidance and training to analysts.
- Capability to deliver exceptional phone support to end-users, promoting system functionality and user proficiency.
- Experience in supporting the build, configuration, and maintenance of new structured reports and integrated third-party systems.
