Collabera is looking for an HSE & Maintenance Manager to lead health, safety, environmental, and maintenance initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards while driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation across all plant operations. This candidate will develop and maintain HSE policies, overseeing ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and HSE Management System, and serve as the primary contact for audits. The successful candidate will conduct site inspections, manage emergency response plans, lead incident investigations, and interface with regulatory agencies. Additionally, this person will drive environmental impact reduction, chemical management, risk mitigation, and employee coaching while ensuring consistent adherence to company objectives.
