Assist with event setup and breakdown, including staging, seating, and dcor.
Greet and register guests upon arrival, providing information and assistance as needed.
Manage attendee flow and ensure smooth operations during events.
Assist with catering services by serving food and beverages to guests.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of event areas throughout the duration of the event.
Help assemble and disassemble event materials, including signage and promotional items.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in hospitality or event management is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service focus.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with diverse groups of people.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds as needed.
