As an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the planning and execution of various marketing events. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

  • Manage logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and event setup, to ensure seamless operations.

  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective event marketing strategies.

  • Assist in creating and preparing marketing materials to support event initiatives.

  • Help maintain positive relationships with clients and partners by supporting client meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.

  • Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring smooth operations and quickly addressing any issues that arise.

  • Interact with event attendees, providing information and promoting client brands.

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining organized files and documentation related to events and marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
