Responsibilities as an Entry Level Enrollment Agent: Welcome new enrollees and provide an overview of the products and services they qualify for Maintain high levels of confidentiality with sensitive client information Act as the primary point of contact responsible for handling all enrollment appointments Manage customers with care, sincerity, and empathy toward their issues and escalate any that you may need additional resources to resolve Empathize and deescalate consumer concerns with sincerity, understanding, and care Utilize provided tools and resources to effectively educate consumers on the benefits available to them Qualifications as an Entry Level Enrollment Agent: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality based role a plus!
